Terms of Service

1. The deal
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Solara.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account unless you are on the Team plan with assigned seats.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly, 6 months or yearly).
- Prices are shown in your account and at checkout. We may change prices for new billing periods with 30 days' notice.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep paid access until the end of the current period.
4. Refunds
If something is broken and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund the unused portion of your current period. We do not refund partial months after the 14-day window.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, scrape it, resell access, attempt to break our security, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.
6. Your data
Your projects, client names and reports stay yours. We store them so you can use the product. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. No warranty
Solara is provided "as is". Calculations are estimates based on the inputs you give us and standard engineering models. Real-world performance depends on site conditions, installation quality, weather, grid rules and other factors outside our control. Always verify critical numbers before signing a contract.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Solara is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will email you. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
